I have used my creams/balms and nothing was working. I started with level 4 which was recommended by my neighbor. At first I didn't think it was working and I called and learned how you are to apply it.......thanks! I think I may order level5 after I finish with level 4.

I started using level 4 to help with pain in my hands due to arthritis. It helps! The stiffness is much more controlled and I am even able to bend my fingers without excruciating pain!
