Flavor Friday: Healthy CBD Infused Mango Smoothie

With the weather starting to warm up here in Michigan, we are so ready for spring and summer! There is no better way to start off the warm seasons than with a nice health mango smoothie infused with Oleo CBD Drink Mix!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 Cups Mango Nectar (can substitute with any juice)
  • 1 Banana cut in half
  • 3/4 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 Scoop of Oleo CBD Drink Mix
  • Lime Slices & Mint Springs for garnish (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the mango nectar, banana, Greek yogurt, and mango chunks in the blender.
  2. Blend until almost smooth.
  3. Add Oleo CBD Drink Mix.
  4. Blend until completely smooth.
  5. Pour into glass and serve, garnish with lime or mint if desired.

Smoothies are an easy on-the-go way to get a lot of important nutrients that most people would miss out on otherwise. This mango smoothie will make you fell like you are on a tropical vacation even if it is still chilly here. It’s the absolute best way to kick off the warmer seasons and get in some nutrients!
