    Thank you for the information. I have been dealing with auto-immune hyper-activity for the last 11 years and am finally ready to actually do something about it. The tips in this article were helpful for me to make a plan and get started. Also looking forward to possibly trying some of these supplements to help.

    This is a great list! I have been working on improving my gut health for the past year and not only do I feel better overall, I haven’t gotten sick.

    These are greats for boosting your immune system. I always forget about fermented foods. I probably don’t eat enough of those. And even though I’m plant-based I can always increase my veggies. 😉
