I use this stick to apply the ointment to my lower back. The ointment relieves my arthritic lower back pain/stiffness so I can get moving in the am.

I bought the #5 CBD CLINIC OINTMENT AND I HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER. I DONT USE IT EVERY DAY, ONLY WHEN MY KNEES BOTHER ME FROM STANDING ALL DAY . I RUB IT ON MY KNEES AND BEHIND THEM WITH JUST A PEE SIZE AMOUNT BEFORE I GO TO BED, USUALLY TWO TO THREE TIMES A WEEK. ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY,
