My anxiety sometimes causes me to bite or lick my lips often. Which causes them to become very chapped, especially in the fall and winter months. I used to apply and reapply carmex throughout the day just to get relief. Imagine my surprise when I tried Farmhouse and found myself only needing to apply 2-3 times daily. It helps moisturize my lips, but it also helps reduce the pain and inflammation caused by my consistent biting.
