That is the scent that Balsam Fir creates when diffused as its coniferous scent is nostalgic of that. Have a cough or a sore throat? Grab Balsam Fir Essential Oil to potentially alleviate those troubles. Its soothing benefits can also be used when looking to relax muscles and joints after an intense workout.

Directions: 

Diffuse Balsam Fir Essential Oil to help alleviate lingering coughs or to help refresh your living space. Or dilute into a lotion and massage onto your muscles after a tough workout.

Aromatic: Diffuse 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical: Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
