Ginger is a very popular essential oil that is used for its many benefits while giving off the aroma of warm spice. Ginger Root can aid digestion, stimulate blood flow,help to relieve a queasy stomach, and menstrual discomfort. When added to a carrier oil or lotion, it helps joint and muscle aches associated with the wear and tear of normal aging.

Additionally, this oil blends well with Rose Absolute, Sandalwood Australian, and Turmeric CO2.
Should not be used around children or pets.
Cautions: As a result, we recommend a maximum dilution of 1% for topical applications.
Directions
First, add 1 drop Ginger Root CO2 and 2 drops Coriander to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and 1⁄2 cup Epsom salts.
Next, run the mixture into a warm bath to help stimulate circulation and give a mental “boost.”
Continuing, use in a 0.5 - 1% dilution for topical use. Furthermore, the C02 ginger we offer needs further dilution than steam distilled ginger.
