Directions
Excellent for diffusion, massage, body care, or bath products. Can also apply to arms, wrists, or temples. At night, place 1-2 drops on a cotton ball near your bed pillow. For topical use, dilute to 3-5%. For children ages 2 through 10, dilute to 1-2%.
Put a few drops of Organic Relax into a palm-full of organic unscented lotion, massage into your feet and legs, and then lie back and relax.
Add a few drops of Organic Relax Synergy to your diffuser to create an atmosphere that is relaxing and promotes a peaceful state of mind. Diffuse before bedtime to transition to a peaceful night's rest.
