For Example, for joint relief, add 1 drop Organic Turmeric CO2 Extract, 2 drops Blue Tansy and 2 drops Black Pepper in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and apply to affected areas.
On the other hand, mixing a drop or two of Turmeric CO2 Extract in a clay mask may help tone and help clear skin of impurities.
Using a carrier oil, massage a drop of Turmeric CO2 Extract with a drop of Clary Sage or Black Pepper on the abdomen when menstrual discomfort strikes.
